Amidst the coronavirus pandemic, the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, GGSIPU has postponed examination for final year/semester students.
An official notice was published on the website of the University which stated that ““In view of the prevailing situation of the pandemic of COVID-19 and as per new guidelines of the government, the date for the conduct of exams through pen and paper mode is deferred till further order.
The decision for the new dates of the examination shall be intimated on the university website in the due course of time (around the first week of July 2020)”
Students are requested to visit the official website of IP University, i.e. ipu.ac.in to get regular updates regarding the examinations.
IP University is not going to conduct exams for intermediate students.
Recently, the university also announced that it will not conduct exams for intermediate students and have decided to promote the students based on their average marks in the previous semester and internal assessment exams.
The decision has been taken as a “one-time measure” keeping in mind the ongoing coronavirus outbreak in the country.
