- South Central Railway (SCR): The largest part of the lion’s share 48 trains that cover 684 trips, and are operated from Hyderabad, Secunderabad, and Vijayawada.
- East Central Railway (ECR): Concentrated on the routes with the highest demand of Bihar, 14 trains were deployed, hitting Patna, Gaya, Darbhanga, Muzaffarpur for 588 trips.
- Eastern Railway (ER): 24 trains are running across Kolkata, Sealdah, Howrah, making up 198 trips.
- Western Railway (WR): A journey of Western India is being made with 24 trains, thus connecting Mumbai, Surat, Vadodara with 204 trips.
- Southern Railway (SR): A total of 66 trips were made by 10 trains that departed from Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai.
Targeted services with more focus: The railways of East Coast, South-Eastern, North-Central, South-Eastern Central, and West-Central are linking cities like Bhubaneswar, Puri, Ranchi, Tatanagar, Prayagraj, Bhopal, Kota, etc. through their trains.
This wide-ranging scheme is the first instance of season specials. Before, there were an incredible 12,000 special trains that ran during festivals like Diwali and Chhath, hinting that even more could be on the way. The officials gave the information that further trains would be declared very soon and the locations would be based on the passengers’ needs.
