Kolkata: The Kolkata police on Wednesday filed a chargesheet in the gruesome Jaguar accident case, charging prime accused Raghib Parwez, scion of the famous biryani maker Arsalan chain of restaurants, on various counts, including culpable homicide not amounting to murder.
