Jawan Sequel Confirmation: The sequel to Jawan will be directed by Atlee, but there is a caveat. In a recent interview, the director stated that he will only return for Jawan 2 if the script is worthy of a sequel. The film Jawan, starring Shah Rukh Khan in two roles, ended with a cliffhanger. The final scene of the film implied that Shah Rukh will reprise his roles as Azad and Vikram Rathore, his father and son characters, for another heist.
Speaking with Pinkvilla, Atlee said, “Every film of mine has an open conclusion but to date, I have never thought of doing a sequel to any of my films. If anything significant occurs to me regarding Jawan, I will create a part two. I have left the ending unresolved, so I can write a sequel at any time. But I will certainly produce a sequel to Jawan one day.”
If it were up to him, the director would create a spinoff based on Vikram Rathore’s character. “Vikram Rathore unquestionably. Vikram Rathore is my favourite idol. Eventually, I may create a spin-off to that. “Let’s see,” he declared.

Jawan Sequel Confirmation
The confirmation of Jawan 2 comes shortly after a KoiMoi report claimed that Atlee had tasked his team of writers with writing the narrative for the sequel. A source told the publication, “Everyone, including Khan Sahib (Shah Rukh Khan), is extremely enthusiastic about the sequel, and Atlee has asked his scribes to expedite the production. Sequels are most effective when the audience’s memory of the original film is still fresh. Yes, we are aware that the Gadar sequel is making history 22 years after the first film. However, this is an exception. “Jawan 2 will be released while SRK is still young.”
According to reports, Vijay Sethupathi may not return for the sequel. Given his character’s fate in the film, this is not surprising.
