JEE Main 2020: Answer key, Result & merit list expected date, check here

NEW DELHIThe Joint Entrance Examination Main, or JEE Main 2020, would be concluded today. The JEE Main answer 2020 key can be expected to be released tomorrow on September 7, 2020 at jeemain.ac.in.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) concluded the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Mains on Sunday, September 6, 2020. The JEE Main 2020 second attempt was conducted from September 01 to 06 keeping in mind all necessary measures during the Covid-19 pandemic.

NTA will be releasing JEE Main official answer key for 8,58,273 candidates who have applied for the exam.

Based on the JEE Main 2020 answer key, the results will be announced. Candidates who clear the JEE Main 2020 by meeting the required cutoff will be eligible for admission to Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIIT), National Institutes of Technology (NITs) and the Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs).

More than 9 lakh candidates registered for the exam for admission to engineering courses.

JEE Main entrance exam is held by the NTA for admissions to BE and BTech courses at premier engineering institutes across the country.

JEE Main 2020: Answer Keys & Result Date (Tentative)

  • The JEE Main result is expected to be declared by September 10 to 11.
  • With the result, the NTA will also release answer keys, JEE Main 2020 Merit List, and individual score cards of the students who have taken the NTA JEE Mains 2020.
  • The JEE Main 2020 Answer Keys are expected to be released by tomorrow on the official website of the exam – jeemain.ac.in.

JEE Advanced 2020:

On the basis of the JEE-Mains Paper 1 and Paper 2 results, the top 2.45 lakh candidates will be eligible to take the JEE-Advanced exam, which is a one-stop examination to get admission into the 23 premier Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).

JEE-Advanced is slated to be held on September 27. The online registration process for the same will start from September 11, 2020. Students who qualify JEE Mains and wish to appear in the JEE Advanced 2020 exam can register on jeeadv.ac.in.
