The Jeep Compass has now completed three years in India and its time to celebrate the third anniversary of the much popular SUV, FCA has launched the global limited edition Compass Night Eagle in the country for an introductory price of Rs 20.14 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai). The online bookings for Jeep Compass Night Eagle, with its production limited to only 250 units in India, are now open.
This was initially launched in India on July 31, 2017, the Compass is the first Jeep SUV to be locally produced here.
According to the automaker, approximately 80 per cent of the components of the SUV are locally manufactured.
Based on the recently-introduced Longitude Plus variant, Jeep Compass Night Eagle is being offered in four colour options — Vocal White, Exotica Red, Brilliant Black and Magnesio Grey. It sports a ‘Black theme inside-out. The global limited edition features a black ‘Jeep’ badging on the front and rear. There are glossy black accents on the grille, the periphery of the DLO (daylight opening) and the fog lamp bezels. Besides, glossy black roof and 18-inch black wheels are standard.
Inside the cabin of Jeep Compass Night Eagle global limited edition, you will come across black seats with ‘Techno Leather’ upholstery.
There are glossy black accents all around that add a premium touch. The Compass Night Eagle gets all the features that are available with the Longitude variant. Prominent among them are 7-inch UConnect infotainment system, reverse parking camera, keyless entry, engine start/stop button and cruise control. It is also equipped with as many as 50 safety features, including four airbags, ABS, traction control, electronic stability control, hill start assist and electric parking brake.
