The Kerala Police has come up with a new gauge to become public-friendly and for this, they’ve started a new initiative in which the senior officers will call up the complainants to get the feedback for their experiences at the police station.

The process of getting feedback will go through a process in which the complainants will be registered at the station and thus the message will be further deployed to the senior officer.

After all of it, the senior official like DIG, District police chief, Zonal IGs will go through the complaint and the complainants register and will contact any 10 complainants in the station and will contact them for feedback.

A register will be maintained and will be named as State Daily, in which the ADGPs(Law and Order) and state police will call any 10 complainants and collect the further details.

The reports also state that the process of feedback will be digitalized in a matter of time. It is also said that the satisfactory level and the experience meter will be in place to go through the process.

The State Police Chief Loknath Behera said that changes will be made according to the experience of the complainants and the feedback process will mark some changes in the police- complainant bond.
