Steps to link Aadhaar with Driving License Online:

- Open sarathi.parivahan.gov
- Under the drop-down menu, click your State or Union Territory
- Now on the next page, click on the option ‘Apply Online’ option and then on ‘Services on Driving Licence (Renewal/Duplicate/Aedl/Others)’
- Enter the details required and click on continue
- Then, enter 12-digit Aadhaar number along with the registered mobile number
- Now you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number
- Then, enter the OTP to link Aadhaar with your Driving License
There are certain advantages to linking Aadhaar to driving licenses. First, the unified platform will help agents to utilize and verify the owner ’s license details in India.
These agencies will be able to identify forged driver ’s licenses from real driver ’s licenses and take legal action against those who hold multiple or forged documents.
