New Delhi, March 19 (IANS) L&T Technology Services Ltd. (LTTS), the IT arm of infrastructure construction major L&T, on Thursday announced the appointment of Amit Chadha as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Whole-Time Director of the company effective April 1, 2020.
Chadha is presently President Sales & Business Development and Whole-Time Director of the company.
The move is part of the company’s succession planning and is based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
Chadha has been on the board of LTTS since February 1, 2015.
He had joined Larsen & Toubro – IES Division in 2009, as an Area Vice-President. He was transferred to L&T Technology Services Limited with effect from April 1, 2014 and was designated as Business Head, North America and Asia.
During his career spanning over two decades, Chadha has managed P&L (profit and loss) for multiple business units, led organisation-wide strategic initiatives, business development and relationship management activities, L&T Technology Services said.
