In a shocking incident, Madhya Pradesh police on Sunday suspended four policemen for alleged custodial torture to four youths and a teenager in custody and even forcing them to drink urine late Friday night, in Alirajpur district of the state.
As per the reports an argument broke out when the former group had gone for a picnic at Nanpur Phata Dam, following which the latter were allegedly brought to the police station and thrashed.
They further alleged that the police officers, who beat them, were in an inebriated state and also forced them to consume urine.
Following this, people gathered outside the Nanpur police station to protest against the same.
