Maharashtra HSC Result 2020 Declared: Maharashtra State Board for Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has announced the higher secondary certificate (HSC) or class 12th results today i.e., on July 16, 2020. The Maharashtra HSC Results 2020 link will be available at 1 PM on the website.
Students will be able to check their scores on the official website at mahresults.nic.in.
The overall pass percentage of Science stream is 91.08 percent, the Commerce stream is 85.78 percent, Arts stream is 72.75 percent and Vocational is 74.89 percent.
The result can also be checked on third party results websites like examresults.net and indiaresults.com.
Steps to check Maharashtra HSC 12th Results 2020:
- 1) Go to the official website mahresult.nic.in.
- 2) On the homepage, click on the link that says, “HSC Examination Result 2020”
- 3) Key in your credentials and login
- 4) The result will be displayed on the screen
- 5) Take a print out of your results for future use.

Students can apply for recounting/ re-verification of scores for Maharashtra HSC Result 2020 from July 17 onwards. The last date for students to apply for recounting of answer sheets is till July 27, 2020.
Students can apply for the photocopy of Maharashtra HSC answer sheets from tomorrow i.e., July 17, 2020 till August 5, 2020.
About 15 lakh students are registered for Maharashtra HSC Board exam that was held from February 18 to March 18 this year. Out of the total students, 3.39 lakh students are from Mumbai division alone, including Thane, Raigad and Palghar.
A total of 1,919 students with special needs are also registered for the MSBSHSE 12th exams. The result like all other boards have been delayed because of the outbreak followed by the nationwide lockdown.
Last year, the results were declared on May 28. Around 14.21 lakh candidates had taken the HSC Examinations in 2019. The total pass percentage was 85.88%. Pass percentage of girls was 90.25% while for boys it was 82.40%.
