Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota is a quirky story of a young man who has a rare condition called Congenital insensitivity to pain whereby the patient is immune to pain. The movie featuring Abhimanyu Dasani and Radhika Madan in the lead is all set to release in theatres on March 21.
After 29 years of Bhagyashree’s Bollywood debut with Maine Pyar Kiya, her son Abhimanyu Dassani is going to enter the industry with Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota. The film is written and directed by Vasan Bala. Since Abhimanyu’s character can’t feel any pain, he deems it to be a superpower.
Apart from Abhimanyu Dasani and Radhika Madan, the film features Mahesh Manjrekar, Gulshan Devaiya and Jimit Trivedi in the pivotal roles.
After the massive success of Uri: The Surgical Strike, producer Ronnie Screwvala is all set to bring a quirky story of a young man who has a rare condition called Congenital insensitivity to pain with ‘Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota.’

The movie will be releasing on March 21 along with the Akshay Kumar’s Kesari on Holi holiday. Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota will face stiff competition from the same-date release Kesari and could also lead to suffering at the box office collections. Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota is expected to earn Rs 6-8 crore on its opening day as it is releasing on a festive holiday.
‘Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota’ which premiered in India at the 20th Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival got a standing ovation from the audience and members of the fraternity. The movie also won the Midnight Madness Award at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF).
