Kate Sharma accuses Subhash Ghai of molesting her on pretext of role

Television actress Kate Sharma has taken back her molestation complaint against film Director Subhash Ghai.

She said that she is withdrawing her complaint as her family members have been disturbed since she came forward with her story. The model said that she needs to take care of her ailing mother.

Kate had earlier alleged that the ‘Taal’ filmmaker molested her by forcefully trying to kiss and hug her.

“He called me to his house on August 6. There were about five to six people at his house and in front of everybody, he asked me to give him a massage. It was shocking for me but I respected his seniority and agreed. I massaged him for two to three minutes and went to the washroom to wash my hand. He followed me to there. He then took me to his room saying that he wanted to talk to me about something. However, he grabbed me and tried to hug and kiss me,” Kate had narrated.

Kate further added that time that she had tried to stop him but Ghai tried to threaten her.

To the accusations, Ghai had said that people are trying to take an undue adventure of the #MeToo movement.
