A case of molestation has been registered against advocate Nitin Satpute at Kherwadi Police Station, the complainant is also an advocate.
Tanushree lodged a protest petition before the Andheri magistrate court against the B Summary report in December. While filing the petition, Satpute had said that the actor and other witnesses wanted to give more evidence in the case but the police had not been responsive.
For those unaware, the legal battle of the ‘Me-Too’ charge leveled by actress Tanushree Dutta against actor Nana Patekar is being fought in court by advocate Nitin Satapute. In front of the media too, he used to speak on behalf of Tanushree.
