MP Board: 10th and 12th exams to be held on new pattern; see the changes here 

The main thing is that the board has divided the syllabus of each subject into three units. There will be objective questions of 30 marks, ten short answer questions of 3 marks each, and ten logical questions of 4 marks each.

The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education has extended dates to fill up the 10th and 12th Examination Form by 31st December with a late fee of Rs. 100. Not only this but the big changes in examination pattern have also been announced by MP Board.

As stated, 30% of objective questions will be asked from now on in the MP Board examinations. the same long answer question has been removed.

This change has come after the coronavirus pandemic badly affected the lives of students.  Madhya Pradesh board of secondary education now has changed the pattern of board examination (MPBSE Board 10th, 12th Exam 2021) for the session 2020-21.

Apart from 30% objective-based questions in all subjects. There will also be 30% subjective questions and 40% logical questions in the paper. Earlier, the board examination had 25 percent objective and 75 percent short and long-term questions. 

The board has also uploaded the question bank of every subject on their website. The candidates can now prepare accordingly.

The main thing is that the board has divided the syllabus of each subject into three units. There will be objective questions of 30 marks, ten short answer questions of 3 marks each, and ten logical questions of 4 marks each.

The question paper will now ask for small questions instead of long questions, which can be answered only after reading and understanding the chapter. There will be questions of one, three, or four marks only.

The MPBSE also issued an order that the board examination form can be applied with a delay fee of Rs. 100 along with the normal fee of Rs. 900 till 31st December.

Thereafter, a delay fee of Rs. 2, 000/-will be deposited on filling up the form from 1st to 15th January 2021 and five thousand rupees from 16th to 31st January. Those who have failed to fill the examination form can apply by visiting the official website mpbse.nic.in of MPBSE. Students who apply till March 31, 2021, will have to pay Rs. 10,000.

Total Marks – 100

Objective Questions – 30 Marks

Short Answer Questions – 30 Marks(Ten Questions of 3-3 Marks)

Logical Questions – 40 Marks (Ten Questions of 4-4 Marks)
