Several students have started to receive their scorecards for NEET 2021 via email. The National Testing Agency will soon to display the result of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2021 at the official websites — neetresults.nic.in, nta.ac.in, and neet.nta.nic.in.

NEET Result 2021 update: NEET 2021 result this year has been prepared differently as the NTA has removed the provision of giving priority to older candidates in rank lists.

Several students have started to receive their scorecards for NEET 2021 via email. The National Testing Agency will soon to display the result of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2021 at the official websites — neetresults.nic.in, nta.ac.in, and neet.nta.nic.in.

The declaration of NEET result can be done anytime soon as the Supreme Court on Thursday, October 28 allowed NTA to release the NEET 2021 result.

Candidates who appeared for the NEET exam on September 12, 2021, can download the NEET 2021 result in the form of a scorecard. NEET scorecard 2021 will mention overall and subject-wise marks, percentile scores, merit rank, qualifying status, and cut-off marks.

The NEET result will be based on the final answer key.

According to reports, NEET Result 2021 is expected to release today. Candidates should note that the NEET result declaration process will include the release of the final answer key by the NTA on its portal either before the scorecard or else along with the scorecards.

Once declared, all the important update related to NEET result will be communicated to students through the official portal of NTA, neet.nta.nic.in.

NEET 2021 result: Documents required for counselling

Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for the counselling session. To do so, candidates must register for the counselling sessions and fill in their preferred college choices.

Apart from making a list of preferred colleges, candidates must also keep their documents ready for the NEET 2021 counselling round. The documents required are Allotment Letter issued by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), NEET 2021 Admit Card issued by NTA, Result/ Rank letter issued by NTA, Date of Birth Certificate (if Metric Certificate does not bear the same), Class 10th Certificate, Class 10+2 Certificate, Class 10+2 Marks Sheet, Eight (8) Passport size photograph the same as affixed on the application form, Provisional allotment letter generated online and proof of identity (Aadhar/ PAN/ Driving Licence/ Passport). For NRI/ OCI candidates appearing for Deemed Universities documents mandatory are Passport copy of sponsorer, embassy certificate, Sponsorship affidavit, Relationship Affidavit.

NEET Result 2021: Difference between percentile and marks

For NEET 2021, the percentile score is not marks obtained by students. Percentile is the relative marks. The cut-off score depends upon a number of factors including the number of students who took the exam, total seats available, and the difficulty level of the exam. More than 16 lakh had registered for the exams this year.
