NTA has released the NEET UG 2026 provisional answer key on May 6. Candidates can check it online, wait for OMR sheets, and then raise objections if needed.

NEET UG 2026 Provisional Answer Key: The National Testing Agency has put out the provisional answer key for NEET UG 2026 on May 6. The official notice is titled, “Provisional Answer Keys of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test [NEET (UG)]-2026 (3rd May 2026) – Reg.” The exam itself was held on May 3, 2026, at centres in India and abroad. Candidates can now check the answer key on the NEET website, neet.nta.nic.in.

OMR Sheets to Come Next

NTA has said the scanned OMR answer sheets will also be uploaded on the website. After that, students will be able to compare their marked answers with the provisional key. The agency has also said that the challenge window will open only after the OMR sheets are uploaded. The full schedule for that objection process will be shared later.

How to Submit Objections Against NEET Provisional Answer Key 2026?

Candidates can submit objections against the provisional answer key of NTA NEET 2026 using the process shared below-

  • Visit the official website- neet.nta.nic.in.
  • Click the ‘Challenge Answer Key’ link.
  • Login with NEET application number and Password.
  • Click on the answer you want to challenge.
  • Upload the supporting documents.
  • Check all the questions and option numbers, which you have challenged.
  • Pay the objection fee of INR 200 for each question challenged.
  • Submit and save the page.
