Jaipur, May 31 (IANS) Night curfew will continue in Rajasthan from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. till June 30, the state government said on Sunday as it announced the new guidelines for lockdown 5.0.
Additional Chief Secretary, Home, Rajeev Swaroop said that all places of worship, hotels, restaurants, clubs (excluding sports facilities), and other hospitality services and eating places (except home delivery and take-away, that already remain permitted) will remain closed in Rajasthan till further orders.
Also,schools, colleges, educational/training and coaching institutions, shopping malls will remain closed.
He also said that international air travel, except for purposes as permitted by Ministry of Home Affairs as well as Metro rail services are being included under prohibited activities.
Gymnasiums, swimming pools, entertainment parks, theatres, bars, auditoriums, assembly halls and similar places shall remain closed while no social/ political/sports/ entertainment/academic/cultural/religious functions and other large congregations will be allowed. However, inter-state travel will be permitted and no passes will be required for such travel.
The orders said that wearing of face cover is compulsory in all public and work places and public transport. Also, spitting in public & work places is prohibited. Social distancing (minimum 6 feet – “do gaz ki doori” ) shall be followed by all persons in public places, the orders said adding that consumption of liquor, paan, gutka, tobacco etc. in public place remains strictly prohibited.
