Thiruvananthapuram: COVID-19 patient from Palakkad who reached Karipur International Airport on March 13 was advised to be at home quarantine, But the patient violated the advice and visited many places before he tested positive for coronavirus.

Some reports state that it is impractical to prepare the route map of this Karakurissi native.

The infected person arrived from Dubai. He was instructed to remain under quarantine.

But violating this, the infected man had visited many places including banks and worship centres.

Later the man was kept under isolation from March 21. His son is a KSRTC conductor. He has not been confirmed with COVID-19 till now. On March 17, the man’s son did his bus duty and travelled to Mannarkkad – Attappadi – Coimbatore route and on March 18 Palakkad – Thiruvananthapuram. All those who travelled on these buses should report to the health department.

Coronavirus has caused a lot of havoc amidst the Indian Public. With positive cases nearing at a catastrophic end, deaths soaring high every minute, not taking precautions will cause a lot of harm. On Tuesday PM Narendra Modi urged everyone that the who country will undergo a 24-day lockdown to fight coronavirus.
