WhatsApp has been in news for quite some time and sadly all for bad things, after its new privacy policy which is likely debatable, another news has come up, that WhatsApp has reportedly released numbers of WhatsApp web users online.
This means that anyone can find your number- if you are a WhatsApp web user with a proper query googled and your number will pop up. As the search result will show the number only, and not your name. However, with a simple application called Truecaller, the number can be searched and your identity can also be detected.
