Another shocking news caught on camera this year where a factory in Vietnam was selling used condoms after washing them. Police recently busted a factory that was planning to resell 300,000 used condoms.

According to a Vietnam Express report, cops raided a factory in the Binh Duong province near Ho Chi Minh City where they found out used condoms ready for resale which were wrapped in brand-less packaging. The owner of the factory also confirmed the same and told cops they used to bought used condoms from a man.

These condoms were first washed reshaped and packed into plastic packages, and thousands of them were already sold to customers. However, there is no information about how many of them have already been sold in the market.

A government official said, ‘Condoms are classified as medical items, so we will take a look at the several laws that the owner has broken.’

Take a look at used,  washed, and ready for sale condoms here:

Health officials say such condoms pose an extreme health risk to users. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention also warned that a condom should never be reused, even if it’s been washed.

Incorrect use, such as reusing a condom or using more than one at a time, diminishes the protective effect of condoms by leading to condom breakage, slippage, or leakage,” an official said.
