Rear seat kickers the most annoying airline passengers

For the third year in a row, rear seat kickers have earned the hesitant distinction of being the No. 1 most offensive type of airline passenger.

Fourth annual Expedia Airplane Etiquette Study released on Tuesday showed that 64% of respondents find the rear seat kicker annoying. Inattentive parents rank second, followed by smelly or “aromatic” passengers, CNN reported.

The study was conducted among 1,005 Americans aged 18 and over.

Rear seat kickers have topped the ranking in the study report of 2014, 2015 and 2016 respectively.

The study was conducted by GfK, an independent market research company.
