The Hindi Medium star Irrfan Khan passes away at 54, everyone is in tears over the demise of Irrfan’s death who passed away at the age of 54 on Wednesday. Irrfan Khan had a colon infection and was admitted to ICU at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani hospital on Tuesday. He had been fighting with neuroendocrine tumors since 2018. He is survived by his wife Sutapa Sikdar and sons, Babil and Ayan.
For those who knew him, the shock is hard to get over. Those who loved him for his work, it is hard to get it that he has suddenly passed away and is no more there with his amazing work.
The news of Irrfan Khan passing away was confirmed by his friend Shoojit Sircar and he informed the netizens through the microblogging platform.
Filmmaker Shoojit Sircar: “My dear friend Irfaan. You fought and fought and fought. I will always be proud of you.. we shall meet again.. condolences to Sutapa and Babil.. you too fought, Sutapa you gave everything possible in this fight. Peace and Om Shanti. Irfaan Khan salute.”
The news of his passing away has come as a shock to the industry as they take to their social media and express their condolences. Bollywood actors Taapsee Pannu, Shabana Azmi, and Ajay Devgn were some of the first ones to pour their condolences and mourn the death of the actor.
