Samastipur LJP MP Ram Chandra Paswan dies of cardiac arrest at 57

Paswan had few days back suffered another heart attack following which he was admitted in RML Hospital in Delhi.

In sudden turn of events, Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) Member of Parliament (MP), Ram Chandra Paswan passed away on Sunday, July 21 after suffering a major heart attack. Younger brother of Union minister Ramvilas Paswan, Ram Chandra was 57.

As per the reports, Paswan had few days back suffered another heart attack following which he was admitted in Ram Manohar Lohia (RML) Hospital in Delhi. Since then he was undergoing treatment there.

In the 2019 Lok Sabha election, Ram Chandra Paswan was elected from Samastipur constituency in Bihar. In 2014 elections also, Paswan had won from Samastipur Lok Sabha Constituency defeating Congress candidate Ashok Kumar with a margin of over 10,000 votes.

Another news that shocked the political tables this morning was the sudden demise of Former Delhi BJP President Mange Ram Garg.

Delhi was also shocked by the death of three-time Delhi Chief Minister and senior Congress leader Sheila Dikshit died on Saturday. She was 81 and had been ill for a long time. She was admitted at around 10.30 am yesterday and died at 3.55 pm at a city hospital. She served as Delhi’s chief minister for 15 years from 1998-2013.
