The South-Korean company, Samsung has launched Galaxy M 51 in India on Thursday. Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G, Galaxy M51 is India’s first smartphone with a 7000mAh battery, the company claimed. The key highlights of the smartphone embrace an AMOLED show, 5G processor, quad cameras, and a monstrous 7,000mAh battery.
Samsung Galaxy M 51 specifications:
- Galaxy M51 comes with a 6.7-inch AMOLED Plus Infinity-O display with a punch hole to house the 32MP lens. According to Samsung, the AMOLED Plus display on Galaxy M51 is up to 13% thinner and weighs up to 12% lesser than conventional AMOLED panels.
- The Galaxy M51 sports a quad-camera setup, with a 64MP main Sony IMX 682 sensor. The 12MP Ultra-Wide lens on Galaxy M51 has a 123-degree field of view. The phone also gets a 5MP macro lens. The fourth lens is a 5MP depth sensor for portrait shots.
- It features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G octa-core CPU. The chipset is clocked up to 2.2 GHz. According to Samsung, this chipset makes the new Galaxy M51the most powerful M Series smartphone. The Qualcomm Adreno 618 GPU on Snapdragon 730G provides 15% faster graphics rendering, compared to the Snapdragon 730.
- The Galaxy M51’s 7000mAh battery comes with an in-box Type C 25W fast charger. Samsung claims that the charger can charge the device in less than 2 hours. Galaxy M51 also has reverse charging and comes with a Type C to Type C cable.
Samsung Galaxy M 51 price in India:
The smartphone’s price in India has been set at Rs. 24,999 for the 6GB RAM variant and Rs. 26,999 for the 8GB RAM option. The phone comes in Electric Blue and Celestial Black colour options. The first sale of the Samsung Galaxy M51 will take place at noon on September 18 through Amazon and Samsung.com as well as select retail stores. Launch offer brings a Rs. 2,000 discount on HDFC Bank cards for customers purchasing the phone through Amazon September 18-20.
