SC stays implementation of farms law until further orders, 4-Member Committee to be constituted

In the hearing on Tuesday, the Supreme Court has stayed the implementation of Agrarian laws while paving way for the constitution of a committee to resolve the matter.

The Supreme Court on Tuesday heard the matter of Farmers’ protests as they continue to agitate at the bordering areas of the national capital demanding the repeal of agrarian laws.

In the hearing on Tuesday, the Supreme Court has stayed the implementation of Agrarian laws while paving way for the constitution of a committee to resolve the matter.

Bhartiya Kisan Sangh claiming to have 30,000 members supports the decision of forming a committee while opposing implementation.
