Shootout in Delhi court premises: Two men fire at gangster Jitendra Gogi in Rohini court

The attackers, dressed as lawyers, opened fire on Jitendra, killing him on the spot. The Delhi Police's Special Cell killed the two attackers in the ensuing shootout.

Delhi’s top gangster Jitender Gogi has been shot dead in a shootout in Rohini court. He was arrested by the special cell of the Delhi Police.

The attackers, dressed as lawyers, opened fire on Jitendra, killing him on the spot. The Delhi Police’s Special Cell killed the two attackers in the ensuing shootout. The attackers are believed to be from a rival gang.

The shootout left four people dead and one woman lawyer injured. Around 35-40 rounds were fired during the incident.

Gogi, along with his three associates was arrested in March by the Counter Intelligence unit of Delhi Police.  Gogi and his associates— identified as Kuldeep Maan alias Fajja, Rohit Moi and Kapil were arrested from Gurugram.

In March, Gangster Kuldeep Maan alias Fajja, was killed during an encounter. He was a close aide of jailed gangster Jitender Maan alias Gogi, who was brought to the hospital for treatment, when nearly 10 armed assailants attacked police personnel and overpowered them.
