Style diva Sonam Kapoor has always made new fashion statements and made headlines but keeping up the uniqueness, the actress has now changed her name on social media accounts yet again.
Sonam has changed her name to Zoya Singh Solanki and the reason for it is the new film that she is currently working on. Her upcoming film ‘The Zoya Factor’ where she will be essaying the role of Zoya, an advertising executive who ends up working with the Indian Cricket Team as they start considering her a lucky charm during the 2011 Cricket World Cup.
This unique step has been taken to promote her character and the film ‘The Zoya Factor’ amongst the fans. We have seen many ways of film promotion but this surely a unique and out of the box initiative by the actress.
Apart from Sonam, the film will also star Dulquer Salmaan film as Nikhil Khoda, a skipper of the Indian Cricket Team who doesn’t believe in superstitions.
The film is based on the popular novel ‘The Zoya Factor’ by author Anuja Chauhan. Abhishek Sharma directorial film will release on April 15 2019.
Earlier, Sonam Kapoor has changed her name to ‘Sonam K Ahuja’ post her marriage with Anand Ahuja.
