Tamil Nadu Holiday List 2022: Tamil Nadu Government has released the official Holidays List 2022 PDF form the official website or it can be directly downloaded from their website.

The State Government of Tamil Nadu has released the list of following days to be public holidays for the State Government Offices and all Commercial Banks including Co-operative Banks in Tamil Nadu for the year 2022.

The Holidays declared under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (Central Act XXVI of 1881) indicated in the notification appended to this order will be punished in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

In Tamil Nadu, Makar Sankranti is known as Pongal. Pongal, also referred to as Thai Pongal, is a multi-day Hindu harvest festival of South India.
