Former James Bond actress and “That ’70s Show” star Tanya Roberts is battling for her life at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, her publicist Mike Pingel said. Her publicist had earlier mistakenly reported that the 65-year-old actress was dead.

He told that the reports were the result of a miscommunication with Roberts’ partner Lance O’Brien. “It’s a human miscommunication, unfortunately. People have been writing beautiful amazing stories on her. It’s a shame this happened,” Pingel said.

O’Brien in an interview on Monday night said that the actress had been hospitalised since December 24 after a hike in their Hollywood Hills neighbourhood. The former bond actress developed sepsis after an infection.

O’Brien, who’d unable to see the Roberts in the hospital due to Coronavirus protocols, was allowed to meet her on Sunday for the last goodbye, Pingel said. The publicist added that he is waiting for further updates on actress’ health.

Victoria Leigh Blum, known professionally as Tanya Roberts, is best known for playing Julie Rogers in the 1970s television series Charlie’s Angels, Midge Pinciotti on That ’70s Show, and Stacey Sutton in the James Bond film A View to a Kill.
