Teas and herbs are the best way to increase immunity naturally, people have been using them for several centuries and especially now when there are health crises. These immunity boosters help humans to resist infections and stay away from deadly diseases.

Chamomile tea:

Chamomile is a herb produced from the daisy-like flowers of the Asteraceae plant family. Chamomile tea keeps your sleep routine healthy, if you take this tea one hour before bed, it will be the most effective as it releases stress and makes you calm.

Green Tea:

Turmeric tea:
