New Delhi, Sep 16 (IANS) German consumer electronics brand Telefunken on Monday launched seven new TVs in India, including both smart TVs and non-smart LED TVs, in association with Amazon.
The range of product includes 4K Ultra HD intelligent smart TVs and Full HD smart LED TVs available in different screen sizes — 32-inch, 40-inch, 49-inch and 65-inch. The price range of the TVs starts at just Rs 7,999 and will go all the way up to Rs 54,999 for the premium model. The products will be available on Amazon from September 17.
“For today’s generation, ‘Content is King’ and matching those needs, Telefunken Smart TVs designed for the Indian Market comes loaded with unlimited entertainment through certified TV apps along with superior picture and sound,” Arjun Bajaj, Director, Videotex International said in a statement.
The key features for smart TVs include quantum luminit technology, wide colour range (NTSC 90 per cent) 17,00,000+ hours of content, 7,000+ free movies in the custom-built movie box app, along with pre-loaded certified apps like Hotstar, Zee5, SonyLiv, Jio Cinema and more.
The Smart TVs with cloud TV certified AOSP, runs on Android 7.0 and 8.0 operating system, along with 64-bit dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage for a smooth experience.
These will come with inbuilt Speakers and also includes licensed Eshare app and supports OTA. Several connectivity options include HDMI, USB, Optical Output and headphone jack.
