The Raja Saab Worldwide Box Office Day 3:The Raja Saab, the highly anticipated horror-comedy starring Prabhas, has wrapped up its first weekend with a strong global box office total of approximately ₹158 crore, even as collections softened on Day 2 and Day 3. The movie, directed by Maruthi and released on January 9 to coincide with the festive Sankranti weekend, opened to huge expectations but has seen a mixed performance after a blockbuster start.

The Raja Saab Box Office Collection Day 1

The Raja Saab made a strong statement right from the beginning. It got around ₹100 crore around the world on the very first day, thanks to the booking made in advance by the fans and the full houses in the theaters in India and markets like the US. But the excitement did not maintain the same steep rise for the next couple of days, which resulted in a slow decline.

By the end of Day 3 (Sunday), the film’s three-day global gross stands at around ₹158 crore. While this figure underscores the movie’s commercial heft and Prabhas’ star power, it also reflects a drop in daily earnings after the opening day’s huge jump. Industry trackers report that the film collected about ₹20 crore domestically on Sunday, down from its Friday peak.

In India alone, The Raja Saab has crossed ₹109 crore net over the first three days, including special Thursday preview shows that contributed meaningfully to the total.

The numbers tell a story of contrasts. On one hand, The Raja Saab comfortably surpasses the lifetime collections of several recent Telugu films, including Akhanda 2 (which earned around ₹128 crore worldwide), and even edges past Mirai’s global total of approximately ₹150 crore. This positions the Prabhas starrer ahead of some notable releases within just three days.
