The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from Tuesday, September 19, 2023 to Monday, September 25, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the 38th Annual General Meeting and Final Dividend Payment.
“The Company has designated Monday, September 18, 2023 as the ‘Record Date’ for determining the members’ entitlement to receive the Board-recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 0.20/- per Equity Share.” “Said dividend, if approved at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be paid to those members whose names appear in the Register of Members / list of Beneficial Owners as of the close of business on Monday, September 18, 2023,” the Board stated in a filing.
