UP Assistant Teachers Recruitment Exam case hearing: The case will be heard on May 20 (today) over an ongoing dispute related to objections on answer keys of UP assistant teachers recruitment exam which was held for 69000 posts.
Some candidates have filed a petition in the Lucknow bench of the High Court and formed a committee regarding the disputed answers and sought revaluation on the basis of its report.
At the same time, they have requested to stop the selection process as interim relief. The petition filed by Rishabh Mishra and others has been listed for hearing before a single bench of Justice Manish Mathur on Wednesday.
An advocate of the petitioners Amit Singh Bhadauria said that the candidates issued an objection to the four answers key issued on 8 May 2020. Petitioners also explained and put their side before the authorities.
