Vir Das took to Twitter to talk about his 73-year-old neighbour who shouted at him, tried to sneeze at him and threatened to slap him because apparently, the comedian was not wearing a mask while standing at his own doorstep and not following the social distancing norms.
Actor’s neighbour who constantly urged him to put on a mask even sneezed close to him and also threatening to slap him.
Sharing the video on social media Vir wrote, “Lockdown Neighbour. I was giving my friend Kavi who lives three houses down from me some dinner. We were waiting for it to get cooked 15 feet away from each other. Me on my doorstep, him out. This happened.”

In a clarification statement, Vir Das shared that he was in his sit-out area while his neighbour was in the complex, was fully socially distanced.

Vir Das later shared that it was a crazy night and revealed that they have been putting up with this since a long time, “For eight months now someone ahs harassed me, my wife, our staff and multiple people in our society all willing to go on record.”
