Vivek Agnihotri, the director of “The Kashmir Files,” tendered unconditional apology to the Delhi High Court for his comments that alleged bias on the part of Justice S. Muralidhar in granting bail to activist Gautam Navlakha. His comments were in response to the court’s decision to release Navlakha.
In response to Vivek Agnihotri, Anand Ranganathan, and the news portal Swarajya’s accusations against Justice Muralidhar, the High Court had initiated an ex parte suo motu proceeding against the defendants.
