Watch: Nagaland policemen adds a twist to Jeetendra's "Dhal Dhal Gaya Din" song

We have seen several times in the past our army men, police personnel showcasing their talents or entertaining themselves when away from family and casual civil life. Recently, a video has gone viral on social media where Nagaland policemen are seen marching to the tune of Jeetendra’s song ‘Dhal Dhal Gaya Din Ho Gayi Sham’ from the 1970 film ‘Humjoli’.

The video was initially shared by well known Indian army veteran Major Gaurav Arya on Twitter who wrote, “Cannot verify video but I am told this is Nagaland Police. Most heartwarming. Made me smile. I grew up in Aizawl & Shillong. In St. Edmunds, I had Khasi, Naga, Mizo & Manipuri friends. Anything from NE means friendship & happy memories. “Aage jaake kya karega…peeche mur”

The song is sung by Asha Bhonsle and Mohd Rafi and picturized on Jeetendra and Leena Chandavarkar. The lyrics are penned by Anand Bakshi and music composed by Laxmikant-Pyarelal.
