In a shocking incident reported, two Air Forces’s Surya Kiran planes collided and crashed on Tuesday at the Yelahanka airbase in Bengaluru.
The mishap took place during the practice for the Aero Show that begins on Wednesday and will continue till February 24.
As per latest reports, pilots of both the planes had ejected.
The visuals showed smoke billowing from the site of the crash. Choppers and emergency vehicles have been sent to the site. Search and rescue operations are underway.

Surya Kiran is an aerobatics demonstration team of the Indian Air Force which was set up in 1996 and are a part of the 52nd Squadron. The team has performed numerous demonstrations on different occasion.
