West Bengal police constable prelims result 2019: The preliminary examination conducted for the posts of Police Constable has been declared by the West Bengal Police Recruitment Board (WBPRB) on November 19, 2019.
The candidates who have appeared for the exam can check the result by visiting the official website- policewb.gov.in.
For recruiting the applicants to fill up around 8,419 vacant posts, the examination was held on August 4, 2019.
How to check the West Bengal constable result 2019
- Step 1: Go to the official website, policewb.gov.in
- Step 2: Click on the link ‘police constable written test result’
- Step 3: A new page will appear
- Step 4: Enter the application number, date of birth, district and then, submit
- Step 5: Result will be displayed on the screen
- Step 6: Download it, and take a print out of it for further use

The examinations will be of two parts- preliminary and mains both comprising of 100 marks, 85 marks. Therefore, the interview will be of 15 marks.
The qualified candidates have to appear for the physical eligibility test (PET), physical measurement test and interview.
Eventually, candidates who will clear all the rounds of the exam will be hired at a monthly salary of Rs 5,400 to Rs 25,200 with grade pay of Rs 2,600.
