Aryan Khan’s close friend Arbaaz Seth Merchantt was also arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Sunday, in connection with the mid-sea rave off the Mumbai coast. According to reports, Merchantt is one of the closest friends of both Aryan and his sister Suhana Khan.
Merchant has kept his Instagram handle private, but he is obviously a big hit among several Bollywood star kids who follow him on Insta. Merchantt is followed by actor Irrfan’s son Babil, Pooja Bedi’s daughter Alaya F, Chunky Panday’s actor daughter Ananya Panday, Anjini Dhawan and Aryan Khan. Arbaaz has about 30.5k followers on Instagram.
Ever since Aryan and Merchants’ arrests on Sunday, photos and videos of Merchant with Suhana and Aryan have been doing the rounds on social media.
Reports say Merchantt is an actor, and a few years ago, he was rumoured to be dating Alaya F.
Arbaaz’s name has been associated with Pooja Bedi’s daughter and actress Alaya. There were rumors of a relationship between the two.

According to initial information, Arbaaz had brought Aryan to this party. Apart from Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Merchant, Munmun Dhamicha, Nupur Sarika, Ismit Singh, Mohak Jaswal, Vikrant Chhokar and Gomit Chopra have also been taken into custody.
Not much information is available about the rest of the 6 people detained by the NCB. It is being reported that while Mohak Jaswal, Nupur Sarika, Gomit Chopra were residents of Delhi, Mohak is a fashion designer and Nupur too is part of the same profession. Nupur was invited to the cruise by Gomit, who is a hairstylist by profession.
According to IANS, NCB officials had received a tip-off about a rave party that was being planned aboard a cruise ship bound for a Mumbai-Goa voyage.
