World First Aid Day History

World First Aid Day was started by the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) in 2000. Every year, more than 100 Red Cross and Red Crescent Society people in the world are made aware of the benefits of first aid, need of first aid and the right way to do first aid.

At the same time, the IFRC believes that first aid should be readily available to everyone, as it is very useful for people at the time of the accident; sometimes it is also effective in saving the lives of people.

First aid is very important in everyone’s life, as it also proves to be very helpful to help others if you have an injury or an accident outside your home or home. Handling the condition of the injured person before reaching the hospital through first aid means to help him out of unconsciousness and shock.
