NFL-inspired WWE legacy championship belts: WWE and the National Football League (NFL) enter into a multiyear brand partnership in order to sell customised buckles for all 32 NFL teams. This enormous move by the pro-wrestling titan is viewed as a significant step towards future brand partnerships. WWE announced the news on their website alongside a graphic of completed, customised titles.
WWE has been very proactive in its marketing campaign. As a sign of respect and excellent public relations, they have sent custom-made belts to Super Bowl champions for many years. This marketing campaign has received online praise. The customised belts will be available for purchase on the official WWE Shop websites.
WWE and the NFL recently declared a massive partnership, in which WWE will create customised belts for NFL teams. Since then, there have been various rumours regarding WWE gaining access to NFL stadiums for premium live events.
There are currently no official updates regarding stadium access. In accordance with the agreement, WWE and the NFL have collaborated to create customised legacy titles for only NFL teams. Consequently, this does not guarantee that the Stamford-based promotion will receive unrestricted access to NFL stadiums.
WWE has previously utilised AT&T Stadium, Allegiant Stadium, and Ford Field for WrestleMania and SummerSlam events. Each WWE event requires advance reservations, financing, and other costs. WrestleMania 40 will be held at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 2019.
