The WWE Fastlane 2019 that took place at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland on Sunday, laid the preliminaries for WrestleMania 35. WWE Fastlane witnessed the Shield reunited for the one last match which was the perfect sendoff.
The Shield beat the trio of Baron Corbin, Drew McIntyre, and Bobby Lashley in the main event. In another match-up, WWE Champion Daniel Bryan beats Kevin Owens and Kofi Kingston to retain his title.

WWE Fastlane was full of action, surprises and betrayal. After a defeat in the tag team title match, Shane McMahon knocked his own teammate ‘The Miz’, with a brutal attack in front of his father. In another matchup a Triple-Threat match between Kofi Kingston, Sheamus and Cesaro turned into a handicapped match as Kofi received beatings from the other two serving the wrath of the WWE Chairman Vince McMahon.
Elsewhere, Samoa Joe retained his United States Championship after beating Rey Mysterio, Andrade, R-Truth in a fatal-four-way encounter. Becky Lynch secures a win in her match against Charlotte Flair via disqualification as Ronda Rousey made the controversial entry to the match.
