Aadhaar Card is nationally accepted as the primary and mandatory identity and address proof of an Indian citizen. As it has become an important ID proof, it is crucial to update it. The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), an Aadhaar card information organization, allows users to change their address through an Aadhar validation letter (Aadhar validation letter) without an address proof. This work can be done with the help of the ‘Aadhaar Verifier’. Your family members, friends, relatives, landlords can verify your address proof.
Updating demographic details such as name, address, gender, email ID, mobile number is Rs 50. On the other hand, updating biometric details such as photographs, fingerprints, and iris scan costs Rs 100. The charges are inclusive of taxes. The cost of Aadhaar search using e-KYC/Find Aadhaar/any other tool and colour printout on A4 shit is Rs 30.
