Superstar Aamir Khan has unveiled a new poster of ‘Secret Superstar’ starring Zaira Wasim in the lead. On July 31 this year, the actor has shared the first poster of the film.
The trailer will be released today i.e August 2. The poster features both Aamir and his ‘Dangal’ co-star Zara.
Written and directed by the Aamir’s former manager, Advait Chandan, the film is based on the life of a 14-year-old girl, who wants to become a singing sensation.
Regardless of her conservative father who opposes the idea of her singing publicly, she starts her own Youtube Channel. She shares video of her singing that she shot wearing a hijab to keep her identity hidden. Her mentor is Aamir Khan who is playing the role of a rockstar in the film.
The movie is slated to release during the Diwali weekend this year.
