In an incident that took place near Viviana Mall in Thane on Tuesday, Actor Shamita Shetty and her driver was verbally abused and threatened by a motorist and two other who rammed their vehicle into Shamita’s car.
As per the reports, Shamita’s car was hit by the other vehicle, her driver Darshan Sawant stopped the car to check the damage. The same time, the three accused picked up a fight with Shamita’s driver and allegedly slapped and threatened him!
The police has registered a case against three unidentified men as per the details provided by Sawant in his complaint at the Rabodi police station.
A case has been registered under sections 279, 323, 504, 506, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal code.
