All India Bar Examination 2026: The registration process for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) XXII 2026 is currently open. Law graduates and other eligible candidates who want to appear for the exam should complete their applications on the official AIBE website before the deadline. As per the latest schedule on the AIBE portal, the last date to register is October 27, 2026. Candidates can still submit the application fee online till October 28. The correction window will remain open till October 30, 2026.
The AIBE XXII exam will be conducted on November 29, 2026. The admit card is scheduled to be available from November 14. Candidates should keep checking the official portal for updates related to the exam and admit card.

Candidates who have completed a 3-year or 5-year LLB degree from a university or institution recognised by the Bar Council of India can apply for AIBE XXII. Final-year and final-semester LLB students can also apply if they don’t have backlogs from earlier semesters. Candidates who have completed their law degree but are yet to receive the final degree or complete State Bar Council enrolment may also be eligible under the applicable BCI rules.
There is no fixed minimum percentage required in the LLB course for appearing in AIBE. Candidates must, however, meet the passing requirements of their university and complete the required qualification for their law programme.

LLB marksheets and graduation certificates should also be kept ready. Candidates with an LLM qualification may need to provide their LLM certificate and marksheet as well.

The application fee is Rs 3,500 for General, OBC and EWS candidates. SC, ST and PwD candidates have to pay Rs 2,500. The fee can be paid online during the registration process.
Candidates should first register on the AIBE portal using their mobile number and email ID. After registration, they need to log in, enter their personal and academic details, add enrolment information, upload the required documents, choose their exam centre and pay the fee. The submitted form and payment receipt should be saved for future use.
