There was a surprise entry in Bigg Boss 13 as popular writer Siddhartha Dey entered the show. Though there were many lists circulated before the show and none of them showed his name.
He writes for films and TV and is quite a popular name in the world of entertainment. Most of the celebrities who entered the show recognized him.
Siddhartha has done projects including scripts for reality shows like Jhalak and others. The writer has left many of his project midways to enter the house.
He told host Salman Khan that he wanted to be a part of the show to become famous as most writers are faceless names for the audience. He was lauded for his endeavor.
The popular writer hails from Nagpur and has done engineering. Although, his ambition was to become a doctor but destiny made him pick writing as his career.
He is friends with big names from the Bollywood industry like Priyanka Chopra and Shah Rukh Khan.
Siddhartha has also written award shows part from the reality shows. The writer mentioned that she doesn’t get up early just like big actors, in the premiere episode. He also shared how he is uncomfortable with the idea of having just two toilets in the Bigg Boss house.
