Boy shot dead in Sambhal by SP supporter

A 16-year-old boy was allegedly shot dead at the Madhan village by a Samajwadi Party supporter here over an old enmity, police said on Monday. Nane was killed on Sunday night near Asmoli police station area by his neighbour Shishupal said the CO Sambhal V K Baliyan. The accused Shishupal’s wife, Usha Rani is a Zila Panchayat member from the SP.

Stones were pelted at the deceased’s house which injured a woman named Mamta who is admitted to a hospital.

The investigations are on and an FIR has been filed by deceased’s brother who said that the accused had come to kill Nane’s elder brother Monu who had associations with UP CM Yogi Adityanath said the CO. He also added that there existed rivalry between neighbour Sishupal and Monu since a long time.
